Rising Throne makes Money Visualiser and Venture Empire, and one inbox serves both apps. Support is by e-mail:
Please say which app your message is about, your phone and its Android or iOS version, and the app version (in Money Visualiser, Settings, About, Version; in Venture Empire, at the bottom of Settings). The e-mail buttons inside the apps add some of this for you. You can also write through the contact page.
Money Visualiser also has a form in the app: Settings, Help, Report a problem.
The apps
Money Visualiser turns any amount of money into a physical 3D scene you can explore, with home-screen widgets for quick conversions. The app is built for iPhone and Android, and Money Visualiser also runs on the web at moneyvisualiser.com. About Money Visualiser

Common questions
Money Visualiser
A scene does not load or looks wrong. The app needs an internet connection to fetch exchange rates and to download scene files. Check your connection, then try Settings, Storage, Clear cache. If it keeps failing, use Settings, Help, Report a problem, or write to us.
The rates look wrong. Rates refresh regularly and can be briefly delayed. The values are estimates for visualising, not financial advice.
Can I change the ads I see? The app shows ads from Google AdMob. Settings, Privacy, Manage ad choices opens Google’s consent form where it applies, and your phone’s privacy settings control the advertising ID. The delete data page has the steps.
Venture Empire
How do I move my game to a new phone? There is no account or cloud save. Open Settings, then Saves & backups, export the career as a file, send it to the new phone and import it there. Your phone’s own backup may also include your saves, depending on its settings.
A save needs attention. Open Saves & backups and review Backups. The original data is kept during recovery. Export a copy first, and do not send private save contents when you write to us.
How do I turn reminders on or off? Settings, Phone features. Reminders are off until you turn them on, and the phone asks for notification permission at that point.

How do I stop usage counts and crash reports? Money Visualiser: Settings, Privacy, Share anonymous usage analytics. Venture Empire: Settings, Privacy, Help improve the game.
How do I delete my data? See Delete your data.
